I am so glad that this week is almost over and am looking forward to a nice, long weekend. This week has been the pits. Starting Sunday I have had so much homework and three tests to study for. My last test is in differential equations and is in less than three hours. It will be so nice to be able to relax this weekend and maybe get some projects completed around the house.

As a result of the hellish week, I majorly slacked on my workouts. I only made it to the gym once and worked out at home twice. Yesterday I decided to skip the gym and it's a good thing I did because I had forgot to pack a shirt in my gym bag. I came home and popped my old friend No More Trouble Zones into the DVD player. I need to do more strength training! I only made it through the first four circuits. I can feel it everywhere in my body today and it feels good! I think I will try to work it in to the rotation twice a week. It is tough but it definitely produces results.

I usually weigh in on Fridays but my scale was reading between four and six pounds before I even stepped on it. My goal for February was to lose two pounds and it's only half over so I am not too concerned. I am also going to do measurements again at the end of the month. I think that will show the biggest change.

I need to make up some fitness minutes this weekend. I am going to try NMTZ again on Monday and put in some cardio time tomorrow. Maybe the weather will cooperate and I can go hiking. Hope everyone has a great weeekend!
