-Drink at least 8 glasses of water
-Cardio + core work
-log all food on tracker and stay within calorie range
Yesterday was ok. I went over in my calories, but tracked them all. I'm not hung up on it, but want to do better today. Water was good!
Water is always good! That was one of my biggest challenges when I started my accountability blogs and when I joined the '2013's so Bright' Sparkteam. My sparkfriends held me accountable and encouraged me. Now, getting my water in daily has become much easier! It's always a challenge making it to the gym for a workout on a Friday night. But when I do, I end up feeling like that workout was the best part of my day. So, I am really going to focus on getting to the gym this evening, even if for just 45 minutes of cardio and 15 minutes of core work. What better way to kick off the weekend and increase my fitness minutes?
Today's Dedication: I dedicate all my positive energy and good intentions to healing emotionally. There has been so much going on for the past month now. I feel quite overwhelmed by it all sometimes. I haven't given myself a chance to process everything and start healing. Today, I will focus internally on healing.
