I need to keep my sparkpeople visits up. I haven't been on in a while and I haven't lost the 20 pounds I wanted to lose the last time I posted. I am in menopause now and I am wondering if that is making this struggle more difficult. I am not working out as hard at the gym either. I think it's a combination of things. I need to lower my calorie intake I think to make this work and stop eating out so much.
On a positive level, I am off sugar, sweetener, and diet pop. This is a good step. Also, I got rid of most of my processed foods at home so I hope this makes a difference. I hope to do better now that I am back on sparkpeople. Hope you all have a great weekend
