Valentines Day

I didn't log my food for valentines day I didn't see much point. My fiancee took me out to dinner and I had a steak and cheddar mashed potatoes and broccoli and then I had other food during the day so I'm sure I went over. But it was a special occassion so I am not down on myself for today I will watch what I do and count my calories and try to behave Overall I am feeling pretty good about trying to do this again. I feel ready to try and watch the calories and I can't wait until I can start working out in the gym. I think once I start working out I think it will make a big difference in how I feel. We'll see in time. I'm excited to try again. Thats a good feeling.

  Good for you for not beating yourself up for a one day lapse. There will always be bumps in the road but that is part of life and enjoying yourself once in awhile is part of it. It's not like you are going to make it a daily habit. Good luck obtaining your goals.

  I think we are all allowed to be human and enjoy a night out where someone else cooks and cleans up. Good luck with your progress and starting at the gym.
