Yesterday started off poorly, then I underate for lunch so was starving by the time I got home. Yet, instead of mindlessly eating I kept track of the pb sammies I spaced throughout the rest of the evening. I still ended on the high side of my calorie budget (~1900). I haven't lost any more weight this week, in fact maybe gained a half pound. Was looking at the tracker and see 3 days where I either did not track, or only tracked up to a certain point.
Yesterday our Econ teacher emailed us a pre-test. I like this a lot. I stunk it up (missing 14 of 36 questions), but it let me know what I needed to work on for the real thing come Monday.
Tomorrow in History we will get our second take-home quiz. I know I stunk up the first one, so I quit reading ahead and will read the book after he gives us the quiz. I thought on the first one that by pre-reading and taking good notes that it would be enough, but I found myself searching and searching through the itty-bitty type for some of the answers to no avail. My plan here will be to read through the quiz and then read the book.
Today I tried something different for breakfast. Ended up in 330-some empty calories. Delish Mini Cinnamon Rolls. Little dried up sugar biscuits. Yuck.
