First day..dissapointment

on feb 14 i found this site as i wanted to start dieting to lose weight before summer..bad idea..never start on valentines day and when i have left over pizza in the fridge..and chocolate ice cream in the freezer and received a box of valentine chocolates..don't even want to enter food i ate for the day..to much to calculate..but today is a new day and will keep on trying..day by day..a mixture of feelings going on here..the worst being disapointment that i couldnt even make it through the first day..confusion bieng can i really do this if i couldnt even make it through the first day..happiness..this is a new day and i will just try again.. emoticon again.. throw the left over pizza and ice cream out..whoohoo

    That is okay! I overly indulged the night before I started. Now, I am eating healthy and slowly losing. Not about to quit.

    That was just one day of many and probably won't be the last time you slip so you need to adopt a healthy mindset - I will always try my best and if I make a mistake I will forgive myself and get right back to it. It is doing things right MOST of the time that will make the difference in the end. We're all human so we will fail but it's how we respond to the failures that determines how successful we really are. You CAN do this!

    You can do it! Whatever you do, don't beat yourself up over it. Pick yourself up and move on and do the best you can today :) I also had a TERRIBLE day yesterday and I was more than a little upset over it, but I refuse to dwell on it. The only thing I can do now is do better today and make the best choices possible.
