I finished my first official 'Couch to 5K' workout this morning. Last year (before getting sick again) I made a little flip book with one workout per page. I've been getting back up to speed and I decided to try it out. After finishing my very successful 30 minute walk/jog - I found myself wishing for a really bright, (maybe puffy) enthusiastic sticker to put on the page - rather than just the date, length of workout and miles covered.
So - until I can get real stickers...(Dollar Store - Here I Come!)....these are my little colorful celebrations.
