I am getting ready for my next challenge. I believe it will be called Dirty 30 Challenge! Starting Monday I will do my Dirty 30 challenge. I like the idea of challenging myself. So starting Monday it will 30 days of the following:
1. 30 min interval exercise in the morning
2. 30 min cardio throughout the day (ie walking at work)
3. 30 min interval exercise in the evening
4. All for 30 Days!
