So I have been a bit crazy with my eating lately and really need to get back on track. I had 3 pieces of toast this morning. 3 pieces! I absolutely did not need that much and now I feel like I'm going to explode. This does not mean my whole day needs to be crap. I am going to regain my focus today and kick some ass this weekend.
I am now 3 workouts in on my NROLFW program and really missed it... although I did not miss the step ups or lunges. I am really excited to be back to lifting and hope to do some running again shortly - I can't wait until it is warm enough to go outside again!
