Week 7, Day 6

Today went really well. Went to the fruit & veg shop, fish mongers & local butcher. I fixed fresh cod for lunch, roasted chicken with vegs for dinner. Breakfast was coffee with greek yogurt & fresh peaches (2 of them). Did lots of incidental exercise with all the walking around today. Luckily it was a nice sunny day. Tomorrow we will have some fresh ocean perch and zucchini for lunch or dinner. I might have some raspberries & greek yogurt for breakfast, if not then maybe eggs with bell pepper. I love eating fresh food, it just tastes so much better then over processed foods. I also think it is really good for the body. Frozen foods aren't bad, but since the fruit & vegs are in season here, I will enjoy the fresh produce with gusto.
