Here are some ways to start small. Choose one of these goals and see how long you can do it every day *:
* Get up early and forget using the snooze alarm
* Drink 8 glasses of water everyday
* Eat two green veggies
* Write in a journal especially about what you are learning
* Take a walk; walk to a friends house
* Put up motivating pictures;
* Gather motivating music, then dance to it while you work around the house
* Tell a friend about weight loss goals
* Avoid using negative words that could discourage you
