Wanted to take a minute and thank each and every one of you that has been my friend and joined me in prayer thru this last year . I have had alot of health issues but God has been and will be with me no matter what happens. My youngest brother died 3 weeks ago saturday and i sure miss taking to him . He was 57 and died from copd and 2 years ago i lost a brother 63 with cancer from drinking and smoking . emoticon My bad thing is wrong choices in food which eventually can also kill you . I am trying to get back on track but i have gained 15 lbs because of taking predisone for 6 weeks to get the infection in my body under control. It worked that and chemo and i have no complaints just got to get the 15 lbs back off and pray i don't have to go back on predisone. Have a good day ! Make lemonade out of your lemons my friends . GOD WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU OR FORSAKE YOU ! emoticon

"Wrong choices in food which eventually can also kill you!" How very true & something we really should put foremost in our minds, when making choices as to what goes into our bodies no matter if we are at a good weight for our body or not.

emoticon emoticon I understand the loss of loved ones. My brother passed away almost 12 years ago. Keep working on better food choices. It is a real downfall for me, too. emoticon

Sorry to hear about your losses. Now that you are off medication your weight should go down. One step at a time!
