Went to the doctor last week for my semi-annual check. It went well. She told me that I lost 5lbs that I had gained over the holidays. Honestly, I don't remember gaining that much. I think it was a case where I didn't remove my sneakers.
She ordered some lab work to check my cholesterol, which has been near the cutoff for needing meds.
Just got the results last night and my bad cholesterol went down 20 points!!
I attribute it to taking Red Yeast Rice supplement and oatmeal for breakfast most days!
