I weighed in at 69.9 kg today! I started in the 90s - so this is my 4th and last decade in my weight loss!
I've only ever been below 70 once in my life (5 years ago) when I hung between 69-70 for a couple weeks.
My goal weight is 67.5 (149 lbs) and that will be my lowest weight ever as an adult.
While I'm nearing my goal weight, my %fat is still relatively high: 36% (according to my impedance scale) - signaling that I need to up the ante with strength training!
