I have a a real good week and now comes the weekend. I use to go off my food and exercise plan on the weekends but now I stay on track and treat them just like the rest of the week. Weekends can not be an excuse to binge or treat myself to something that I don't ordinarily eat and gain weight. I won't let my weekend become my "weak end" of my plan. It will be my "tight end" where I will keep all my good foods "tight" and close to me so I will not be tempted to make the wrong choices. Exercising will be a part of the day just like any day. I have come to far to fall back into old habits now.
