
I am still here and I refuse to give up. I don't care what the scale says right now, I am NOT going to give up. I CAN turn this around!!!
Sometimes we have setbacks, issues, problems or we just turn off for a while. The way to know if you are a winner is if you get back up and get back in the game!
Maybe you are in the stadium watching the game from the nose bleed section. Maybe you are one of those people who are on the side lines keeping score/stats. You could be on the team but warming the bench. You could be out of the field running around but not getting anywhere. If you are in one of these "places", wishing that you were in the game making it happen for the "team", it is time to get into the game!!!
Get back into the GAME!!! Drink that water. I know it doesn't always appeal to everyone but your body needs it. Track your food. You need to know what you are putting in your mouth and how much you are putting in there. How will you know what changes need to be made if you aren't tracking? Yep as you can guess, I am talking to myself here!!!
EXERCISE!!! You have got to move. You can't just sit there and moan. You can got to get off your butt and MOVE!!!
Put the past in the past! So, you screwed up and fell off the wagon. Maybe you even gained the weight back or are seeing the weight coming back on. Don't wait any longer! Get up and get in the game!!
You have to make YOU a priority. Stop letting the negative thoughts and the past mistakes keep you down or hold you back. Didn't I just get through saying to put the past in the past? Were you not paying attention? Yep, I struggle with that one myself. You have to take care of you. You have to do the things that you know need to be done to get the job done. Stop moaning and groaning about how you want things to change. Get up and do something about it! Stop letting the negative thoughts tell you that you can't do it or that you won't make it.
Take one day at a time. Don't look to how long it is going to take to you get to goal. Set you goals, break them down and then tackle them!!
Yesterday was Valentines day, a day of love. Why not make the decision to love yourself enough to make the changes now to get healthy and lose the weight? If you have been in one of those places I talked about above, stop right now to change things for a better If you have been off the wagon or struggling, let's start today to make the right choices to get on track and get back into the game, on the front lines, and moving toward that goal line!!
