I've lost about half a pound this week.
Someone once told me I shouldn't be bothered about the ounces. But I am.
I was orginally planning on trying to lose 2 pounds a week. Which is fine when I can get out and wlak round the block. I can't do that when its wet and cold and most importantly dark.
So I am moving - everywhere I go i try to take the long route. I'm not using the lifts.
I'm happy with my little losses because they are adding up to almost 6 pounds. 6 steady pounds. Not 6 (i've started weight watchers and I'm hungry and I've lost 6 in a week) pounds like some of the people at work.
This is about changing my lifestyle and I can do it and I will. But slowly slowly so I don't feel like I have to because I know me. As soon as i HAVE to i won't!
Anyhow - the doom stairs are calling so I must away to work
