Last year, during a stressful time, I'd had some chest pain. Today's checkup indicated no problems. Will be very interested in the lab work.
Most fun thing from my sewing room?
Digging into scrap basket and making "mug rugs," which are so much fun, and make me feel virtuous using small pieces left over from other projects.
1) Did I cook today? No.... advantage of being only two people? Leftovers last a long time. I really only need to cook about 3 times a week. However, it was time to make steelcut oats for breakfast. I did that... then can reheat a bowl full the next 3 or 4 days. Love this breakfast with fresh blueberries most mornings.
2) Exercise at least 10 minutes a day
