I have to confess, I do not log my food because I do not WANT to know what I'm doing! An example is tonight. I have been good for a few days and then tonight my husband says, "Could you go to Jack in the Box for me?" since he's had a drink. I said sure and I get there and then ALL that food is so tempting and looks so good. *sigh* so I do What I just did and order completely unhealthy food for me while I'm ordering his.

This totally defeats everything I've worked for, am working for. I constantly do this. The only way to avoid doing it is avoid the places but that doesn't seem to be able to happen.

Don't worry, I went to a latin barbeque restaurant ... eat as much as you want... with waiters actually carrying sausages, steaks, etc etc to your table... with a dessert table, chocolate fountain.... I didn't even know how to track it . it happens, but I suppose missing a day every now and then is still better than GIVING up!

Tracking really is key. It becomes a good habit :-)
