Am finally losing again! I work a week on/week off schedule of 12 hour shifts. It was so frustrating losing weight on my off week only to gain it back on my work week. Same pounds over and over again. So the new strategy worked...making sure I did some activity every hour, regulating what I ate at work, logging my foods again and I added a 20 minute brisk walk through the hospital on my lunch break. Wow! I lost 2 pounds on my work week. Yeah! So hopefully I will continue to lose now that I'm off and actually make some progress toward my goal again.
By the way, don't eat the grilled chicken quesadilla at Dennys. I thought...hmmm...a tortilla, some grilled chicken, green peppers...can't be too high. I have the Dennys nutrition info on my computer at home but didn't have it available there. So glad I only ate half! Looked the information up when I got home. 1210 calories!!!! From now on I look it up before I eat it!
