Wed night session with my trainer was spent going over the nutrition plan and the 3 specialized strength training workouts and a stretching routine. He went over each exercise and the proper form and reasoning behind the form. I took notes so that I would remember how to do them when I am on my own. I learned that I had been doing some of them wrong.
Daily Goals: 2/12, 2/13, 2/14
1) Blog --
2) Exercise at least 20 minutes.
50 min/ 50 min/ 95 min
3) Eat at least 3 freggies a day
