This title may be a bit confusing as I have been away visiting my home town and my family back east. i flew back to the west coast yesterday and I'm all travel weary. My sleep pattern is 3 hours out of whack. (When will I be "IN" whack... I don't know.)
Today at work, my body wanted to go home at 2 p.m. but my shift ended at 6. Out of whack...
Eating? That's another story. Do I what breakfast, lunch or supper? I really don't care which meal it is-- I'm jet lagged!!
But still, it is a blessing to be back home again.
