When we are trying our best then it all comes together

I put an effort in preparing for meals and doing my short workout. Even though I am starting out now...that 20" Resistance Band workout means I am moving and getting a start.

My success today was bringing a nutritious meal on the road and AVOIDING the temptation to dine-out when I had all this delicious chicken, fruit, and veges in my own fridge. I WON the day. And it feels good.

    emoticon I always make my own meal to take to work with me. Otherwise I would be tempted to eat in the cafeteria at work. Also this way I can also make supper for my wife so she has something to eat when she gets home after a long day of work.
