I put an effort in preparing for meals and doing my short workout. Even though I am starting out now...that 20" Resistance Band workout means I am moving and getting a start.
My success today was bringing a nutritious meal on the road and AVOIDING the temptation to dine-out when I had all this delicious chicken, fruit, and veges in my own fridge. I WON the day. And it feels good.
