Well, this may sound silly because not long ago I did a blog on how I had no time for workouts, but to my surprise I found that after I am fully awake and before my morning shower if I get in a quick workout I feel more energized and awake throughout the day. Though I must say, the muscles would gladly tell you I am full of it because they have been screaming at me all day long. It's amazing how working out on a daily basis makes me feel at ease. All of my emotional issues surrounding my family has seemed to not effect me as badly today as they did when I first really started my workouts. All in all I feel great, I've lost 10 pounds and all of the jeans I recently bought don't fit. I had to take them all back and exchange them for a smaller size. This may not seem like a big deal to most people but to me it has made me feel like a million bucks. I just have to keep telling myself that I can do this. I know I can!
