So I wasn't good today but I wasn't bad either. I skipped breakfast and mid-morning snack because I was going on a lunch date with my honey. We shared it which was great. We also did walking around the mall before and after our lunch (woohoo for exercise). Then we went to see a movie where we shared a pretzel and pretzel bites. Then we walked around some more and immediately after walked to our daughters school to pick her up.
I went food shopping and walked for an hour and a half (more exercise). Then came home and put all the groceries away and cooked dinner. White rice (for them) with grilled boneless, skinless chicken breast, steamed broccoli, and sauteed asparagus. I felt good with just having chicken with the veggies.
I was good and only had one Valentine's chocolate today.
Overall, I believe it was a good day and it could have been much worse. I did manage to stay in my ranges!
