Day 14 Pt 2

I just have to share, I did my second workout and NAILED it - best times/speeds ever! I didn't do any weight machines as I hit all those earlier. I just did the treadmill and stationary bike.

I was doing about 3.8-3.9 and trying to meet 1/4 mile in 4 minutes making a 16 minute mile, I was doing great but I stopped after a quarter and would go onto something else then go back and do another quarter - I did this 4x to meet a mile. Tonight, I did 1/4 mile in 3.75 minutes and pushed myself to do half a mile instead of just a quarter! 1/2 mile was 7.5 minutes - that means I'm OFFICIALLY doing a mile in 15 minutes!! Two weeks ago, it was like 20 some odd minutes - I wouldn't even try to calculate because it was so disappointing!

I hit the bike and was averaging between 14 and 15 MPH on a level 8, I was doing 10/11 about 2 weeks ago and did only 13-13.5 this afternoon - both on a level 7. It was taking me just shy of 5 minutes to do a mile, I can't remember the exact time but it was just over 4 minutes. Nearly a minute shaved off that time!!

And, bonus points, I finally not only met my 8 glasses of water, I exceeded it. Yeahhh buddy!

Loving the little accomplishments! If I can do it, anyone can, ya just gotta push yourself!

    Congrats! This is great! Just be sure not to progress too quickly or you may injure yourself or even possibly stop liking exercise in the long run. I wish you the best!
