I had a great workout today. It was a 45 min video called Cardio Circuit. It went so fast, and I was able to keep up with the aerobic portions! I'm so excited to see the improvement in my fitness level. The last circuit has jumping tucks, and I was able to do them! Tucks are so hard usually. I think my abs are getting tighter/sronger because I was also able to do some plank pushups where you bring your legs in then out, and then do the pushups. It has me so psyched!
We got the truck out of the mud today, and it didn't put us out very much cash. During this time, I jogged out to the pasture partway and then I had to do it once again. It's about a 1/4 mile out there. It felt so good to get outside and pet my horses and jogging and walking.
I'm also trying to build up the strength in my arms/upper body and hands. I really want to be able to drag a 160 lb dummy 50 feet to pass the Police Academy entrance exam. If I can get the dummy up, I can drag it. But, it's the getting it up part that I am having trouble with. Any ideas anyone?
