Hmmm, My Minutes are Low for Me

Does it feel like it? Hell no! In fact, I was just blogging about my great progress, and 60 minutes have been about all I can do.

I think I have been tired all week, and now, it's really caught up after the elliptical/bike combo this evening. But, I figure if I do 120 more minutes, I will go above 400 fitness minutes. I'll just count this as a slow week. My eating was good though. In fact, I probably need to eat more breakfast, but lately the oatmeal coffee seems to be way more than enough.

Well, it's time to sleep. I get to sleep in tomorrow! Yay.

    Sweetheart, your body is only going to allow you to do so much. If your body is not allowing you to continue with these long exercise days you should listen to what it is saying. For instance, do you have an off day from exercise to let your body rest?
