Happy Valentine's Day to those with a date. Hi to those, like me, are without.
Some news: I walked today, and ate half well, half badly. Had pasta with sausage and onions, and it must've been a pretty fatty sausage because the dish itself was greasy. Had a bunch of fruit with chocolate (the chocolate seized up when I was melting it) and lots of water and tea. Overall, today was pretty good compared to the usual. I'm going to try and start going for streaks aside from my log-in streak (46 days and counting).

Action plan for following week:
*Walk at least every other day.
*Vitamins.
*Lots of water
*Learn a new skill
*Practice the 30 min break rule.
*Go to bed before 12:30 two nights during the week.
