I'm still around, still running 35-40 miles a week, ST 2x per week (major victory for me!) and eating healthy. Silly ST though, I gained 5 pounds since I started. Measurements in my torso (bust, waist, and hips) are unchanged, so I'm seeing how it goes. I'm lifting a lot heavier than I ever have in the past.
Running is going well. I found a group to run with! Some of them are slower than me and a lot are faster, so I'm hoping to find some in the middle to run with. My hip is bothering me a tad and I can't figure out why! It's always something.
Wedding planning is moving along, too. We booked the hall and I bought a dress. We took engagement photos and got the pics back. This weekend I plan to get some Save the Dates and addresses together.
Work has been crazy (hence the lack of blogs between busy work and running/cooking/cleaning/etc at home). I really need to sit down and catch up with everyone!
Anyone training for a race? Which one(s)?
How is your nutrition plan going (can't say diet lol!)? I'm not eating vegetarian anymore, at least not strictly. Most of my meals are, but planning something different from my fiance isn't practical all the time.
