I figured it'd be easier to find them if I posted them in a blog entry.
Current Weight: 199.2 pounds
Target Weight: 188 pounds
By When: April 20th, 2013
Goal to eat 1200 - 1550 calories per day
Goal to burn 2200 calories per week
Goal to go from 198 to 188 by 04/20/2013
So with 45 minutes daily exercise, and eating between 1200-1550 calories a day, I will lose 10 pounds in 8 weeks.
I do hope this works. It's very confusing to me as we start out, but I hope it'll start to come into focus as we do it.
Today I talked with my trainer about having such problems getting back on track. We decided I'm going to get on the treadmill for 20-30 minutes each day, no matter what. I need to get that routine again, and that short a time won't injure me. Then I'm going to really control morning eating. It's a start. I'm going to eat a healthful breakfast and plan my morning snack. If I can get this done consistently for a month, that will be a major breakthrough.
Every time I think I'm back on track, I'm not. It's embarrassing to keep having to blog about this. The one bright spot about it is that maybe someone else will find themselves in the same place one day and read this, and if I manage to overcome it, maybe it'll be helpful for others. That might take the sting out of going through it right now.
