A little bit of change can go a long way...

I went and got it in early this morning. I decided to change my cardio work out up a little bit. Instead of doing 50 minutes on the elliptical, I did the jumping jacks challenge then 30 minutes on the elliptical and then ran a mile. I even got some push ups and crunches in. Here is the summary:

I completed and tracked 3 cardio exercises and 2 strength exercises at - 10 minutes Running or jogging: 6 mph (10 minutes per mile), 180 calories burned, 2 minutes Jumping Jacks - vigorous, 28 calories burned, 30 minutes Elliptical Machine, 503 calories burned; Abdominal Crunch Machine, Pushups
