Big candy day today, right?
I clocked my usual Thursday solid hour at the gym with my wonderful friend Drew - he made me lift large weights in preparation for any binge and snacking outburst; went to school and scurried back and forth across campus three, maybe four times... had to be at least a mile; packed my healthy lunchbox with leafy greens, lean meat and TONS of fruit.
After all these preparations, I was able to enjoy a few well-chosen goodies (cupcake, mmmm! Hefeweizen beer, mmmm!... not at the same time, though), and still kept my calorie count at 2000, which I think it's reasonable for a day in which everybody accosts you with sweet things.
