Two more using my new The Biggest Loser Power Cross-training DVD

Wowsers!! I'm working up a sweat using my new exercise DVD! My BodyMedia Fit Core that I ordered came with a free Cross Training DVD. I've used it yesterday and today for a couple of shorter workouts.

Yesterday (Day 474 of my exercise streak) I went outside in the 52 degree afternoon to walk & run for 28 minutes (2 miles) through the neighborhood and then warmed up to my new DVD and did the 15 minute Metabolic circuit.

Today I did the 15 minute Power Training workout (day 475). I worked up a good sweat both days. Tomorrow I think I'll try the last thing that's on the DVD - called All About Reps (another 15 minute workout).

Hubby and I didn't actually go out and celebrate Valentine's Day today since neither one of us cares for the commercialism involved in the actual day any more. Instead we went down to watch some emoticon Nebraska State Wrestling!! Boy, do I admire the dedication and work that those boys go through in their wrestling careers. We have friends who's son is down here wrestling and this is the first year we've gotten to actually see him wrestle since they live 3 hrs away. It's great to catch up with old friends!

    I've been debating between the fitbit and the bodymedia one, do you have to subscribe to their website for it to work?
