Day #2 No fries or potato chips
I ate pretty good again except for some Valentines candy.
I only logged 5753 steps,2.25 miles and 1199 calories burned.
I didn't exercise because we went to Lowes and Tractor Supply for bird food,cat food,dog food and horse cookies.
So I am tired and going to couch it. Tomorrow will be more active as I have a lot to do after work.
