Day 4

Well this is now Day 4 of my diet. I have been religiously keeping track of my food and water and have been surprised at how much I am allowed to eat. However i have discovered i am not eating nearly enough protein and too much fat accordingly. I have done well with the sugar cutback. I have not been completely off of it and today I had to have some dark chocolate and sweet tea with raw sugar. :( I was able to take a short walk outside today as well as yesterday but boy! I am incredibly out of shape!
