A rest day?

Thursday, February 14, 2013

If walking 10 miles can be called a rest day, then that is what I did today... rested. I wanted to do a little more, but I ran out of day. I got a late start today which didn't help. I have to get to bed earlier tonight, so I can get up and get moving earlier tomorrow morning. I have to walk the dog and get in my gym workout (and clean up time afterward) a little earlier than usual as I have company coming in the early afternoon.

For some reason I am in a grumpy mood this evening. There is no reason for it. It is what it is, that's all. I am going to blame it on a sore toenail. lol I'll work my way out of this crankiness tomorrow. An intense workout should set me right again. For now... I am signing off. Good night all!

Great job. My rest days are typically around 5,000 steps. I can't believe you managed 10 miles. Holy cow. Sorry you are in a bum mood. I think it's the moon or something because I've been kinda irritable as well.

Hope it is not an ingrown toenail.

Once again your rest day is more active than my active day.
