My birthday is the first of this month and I coordinate an Annual Dance at our school during this month AND we celebrate Valentine's day...AND I either gain weight or fall off the wagon with my workout routines.
As I said, a birthday and a curse. Same thing happened last year. I vowed, I wouldn't fall into the trap this year. I was a little successful...at least I did get a few workouts in over the past two weeks.
I hope to get back into the full swing of my workouts beginning Monday. I must. I need to drop about 10lbs in 6 weeks. It is doable, but I must workout consistently and track, track, track, like crazy!
