Arranged with the Gym for an assessment and fitness progrom next Friday so that is 1 goal done.
Also got up early this morning as i could not sleep, and instead of going on the computer, I got on the treadmill and did 35minutes - 34 walking fairly fast and 1 at a slow jog.
Am tired now but feel good...
