I am back from my wee vacation and sick. I am going to my sister's house this weekend to celebrate her birthday. We were going to run outside on Saturday but the temps will be freezing and with my cold I don't want to risk it. Life has taken over! I haven't run since last Saturday. Food is still on track. Need some nyquil and bed.
