I have not been doing very well going to Curves, it has been about 4 months since I have been back. Time has been slipping away with other things to do and just no energy to do a workout. A coworker recently started out on nutrisystem and she said she lost 5.5 lbs in the first week and the food was good. At first I was skeptical about shelling out for the plan but I gave in. I am on my first week. I am not a vegetable eater but I am trying to eat more because they are good for you. The first day was the worst with hunger pains and the little meals. Today was day 4 and it is getting better. I love not having to wonder what to eat. Being single, I do not have anyone to cook for so I eat whatever is around. This gives me ready made meals I just choose a box and heat up. Nothing I had so far I have disliked. I keep telling myself I have the food for 28 days (2 days off per week to enjoy whatever i want). If I don't want to keep with it after that then I will go try something else. 28 days is doable and it is my health I am having to think about
