Week 10 of the BL challenge

I met and surpassed my top 3 goals for the New Year. I lost 10.36 pounds in this challenge.

My goals were


1. Don't eyeball or guesstimate my portions --measure and weigh
I WILL MEASURE AND WEIGH MY FOOD PORTIONS, WEIGHT, AND HEART RATE DAILY AND SKINFOLDS AND GIRTHS WEEKLY TO KNOW %BODY FAT, LEAN MUSCLE MASS AND FAT BODY MASS

2. Track everything
I WILL TRACK FOOD INTAKE AND EXERCISES DAILY USING THE SPARKPEOPLE TRACKERS

3. Exercise
I WILL EXERCISE 5-7 DAYS/WEEK IN CHUNKS OF 7-60 MINUTES (WALK 60-180 MINS /DAY, ST 7-10 MIN)

I had 90% compliance in all goals. I plan to continue with these new habits in week 10 and in the upcoming spring challenge. The thing I learned was not to be 100%, but just to be pretty good and improve a little each day. I slowed down my eating and started stopping food intake when I reached 80% full.

I joined Sparkcoach during this challenge and it is helpful. It and my team helped me attain the next level trophy.
