Today is not my day. Woke up with a sore throat, went to work at 6, and left work at 10. When I got home, I slept a couple hours and ate some soup. But still not feeling right.
Made me realize that sleep is important. You can't go long on nights of 4 hours of sleep. I think this whole week, I haven't been getting good sleep. Sleep helps us fight sickness and is important for staying healthy.
So, I'm going to try to sleep more.
