After putting in my workout for the day i got another notice that i am still supposedly not eating enough. Good heavens I am not sure how to eat any more unless i turn to the unhealthy garbage i was eating before and THAT certainly wont help me reach my goal. Does anyone have any suggestion aside from not working out every day?
I would just not record it but i like the feeling that i have to answer to the tracker to be accountable. I have come to love my work out and i just don't function as well without it! Goodness i never thought i'd say that! My day just doesn't start till i have done a work out either the Walk indoors! mile or the Biggest Loser last chance workout (killer)
