Plateau Busters Day 3

Had a delicious, HUGE salad for lunch -- almost all lettuce! And as luck would have it, I forgot my lite ranch dressing today, so I ate a dry salad with almonds, raisins, 4 cups of lettuce, shredded carrots, .25c shredded cheddar, and .3 cup non-fat mini croutons. It was actually delicious! Drank lots of water too.
Now headed off for a romantic Valentines dinner at a local restaurant. Looking forward to a fun, delicious, but as low fat as possible meal. I will have a few cocktails too!
I didn't exercise this morning because I was operating on 4 hours sleep; however, I always have great workouts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, so I'll be sure to log my hours then.
