Had a delicious, HUGE salad for lunch -- almost all lettuce! And as luck would have it, I forgot my lite ranch dressing today, so I ate a dry salad with almonds, raisins, 4 cups of lettuce, shredded carrots, .25c shredded cheddar, and .3 cup non-fat mini croutons. It was actually delicious! Drank lots of water too.

Now headed off for a romantic Valentines dinner at a local restaurant. Looking forward to a fun, delicious, but as low fat as possible meal. I will have a few cocktails too!

I didn't exercise this morning because I was operating on 4 hours sleep; however, I always have great workouts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, so I'll be sure to log my hours then.

    Wow, those pictures of you really tell the story. Wish I had done more of that along the way. But the best part is having a whole new (old) wardrobe (especially the Levis and Tees, 5 sizes smaller than when I started losing).

Like you, whenever I reach a sticking point, I go after the salad. For dinner: 5-6 or more cups of lettuce, usually romaine, but sometimes iceberg, a tomato, some carrot shavings, scallions, radishes, rarely -- 1/4 c of low fat cheese, and up to 240 grams of 93% ground beef, drained of fat after cooking with taco seasoning, a little Good Vreasons (see recipes) or Cardini Caesar Light dressing, and I'm a happy and full camper.

My wife, Beth, likes it too, so everybody is happy.
