Haven't blogged for a couple of days, or tracked my food and exercise. My leg has been really bothering me after walking, and I've been tired. I went to the doctor's yestarday, and was put back on my prescription for depression, and given a new prescription for the pain in my leg which is related to sciatic pain in the back. Fortunately (knock on wood) as heavy as I am I have never been bothered by back problems, just shoulder and legs. I guess that's enough. Anyways tonight there is no pain in my leg, and last night I slept like a log all through the night. I haven't done that in awhile. So I'm hoping now my energy levels will pick up. Tomorrow it's back to work after my weekend off so we'll see how that works. I also have a note from my doctor asking my employer to cut my hours to 32 hours. I just can't do anymore then that with my classes and everything else. Let's hope my boss won't be his typical idiotic self
Got all my goals done on Tuesday and Monday, and today. Yestarday and Tuesday I went over the 2000 calorie mark. I got in the walks on Tuesday but not Monday.
My goals for Thursday are:
15 minutes of writing
15 mintues of reading
15 minutes of housework
10 minutes of strength training
30 minutes of cardio
spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and exercise
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 calories.
