Transformation Nation Initial Weigh-In and goals

Today's weigh in was, I hope, a little higher than my actual weight. I had just eaten breakfast and was wearing shoes and a jacket. We had our initial meeting and weigh-in. I had to leave early to be at work. hopefully, I can come to a different session for the workouts and still just weigh in with my group. Program will run 2/14-5/30, just in time for a trip to Cancun!

Today: weight 161 waist 37 (the tape was very loose?)

1~ retrain my body to be hungry at appropriate times
2~ eliminate refined/processed foods (I was doing well with this until the last month or so)
3~ drink minimum of 64oz water per day (doing ok with this already)
4~ eat mostly lean protein, veggies, and fruits
5~ in bed by 10:30pm, up by 4:50am
6 ~ follow the workout plan: (modified as needed due to my healing toe!)
day 1} 2 mile interval walk/run
day 2} Strength (circuit workout provided)
day 3} Active Rest
day 4} Hills
day 5} Strength (circuit workout provided)
day 6} sprints
day 7} class session
Plus 4 extra workouts per week of my choice

    Great plan! The only thing I would recommend is more sleep. Stress and other hormones are affected by lack of adequate sleep. My doctor says to try for 7 hours of sleep--not just time in bed. Good luck and keep us posted! We're here to cheer you on! emoticon
