Week 15, day 4

Have stayed on track today, and tracked nutrition within my range. The sun was shining and it isn't quite so cold as it has been so had a good walk with Daisy.

I feel a lot more energetic in the mornings and early afternoons but by the evening I am headachey and tired. Today has been the same. I am heading to bed for an early night.

    I remember when i first started out and I had to go to bed early those first few weeks. The extra activity and cutting down on food in take left me feeling tired. I kept on tracking on and soon I started feeling better. Hang in there. I also got some vits B12 that you place under the tongue and used them at about 2:00 PM or 3: 00 PM. They seem to help too. I still use them a lot.
    Hang in there you will get use to this new lifestyle and you WILL feel better.
