October 17, 2012 I went to the doctor for a regular check up and came away with new resolve.
This was the starting date of my new healthy life.
I'd stopped drinking soda during the summer. Now was the time to give up sugar and flour.
Then, in January, I bought a fitbit to track movement.
Today, I received an email saying that I'd marked 50 miles walking!
I'm working on ridding the pantry of processed foods.
Twenty pounds off for good! Many more to go, but that's life. I'm in it for the long haul.
