A heart-healthy meal for Valentine's Day!

I've eaten out a couple of times this week, and almost hurt myself the last time!
So, we are NOT eating out tonight! I'm fixing spaghetti with homemade sauce (made with lean ground beef) and whole-wheat noodles, cole slaw with light dressing, steamed asparagus, applesauce muffin (this will double as dessert), fresh fruit, and sparkling ice water!
None of these are finding their way onto my hips today:
